Terms and Conditions

With onsite technicians and frequent system upgrades we boast a record of nearly 100% uptime. However, liability of any confirmed interruptions of service shall be limited to a maximum of 1 month service credit. Connection Tech Communications (CTC) shall not be liable for any loss of profits or exemplary, special, incidental, consequential or punitive damages that arise directly or indirectly out of lack of use, unavailability or malfunction of the services, whether such damages are asserted in an action brought in contract, in tort or pursuant to other theory. 

For accounts set up with the prepaid plan, your credit or debit card will be billed each month for the monthly service fee associated with the service. If your credit card is declined, you will be emailed a notice notifying you that payment is due within 14 days.
After 14 days without receiving your payment the account will be suspended until a payment arrangement is made. All notices are sent via email. If you change your existing email address, it is important for you to update the email address you have on file with us.

For accounts set up with a postpaid plan, your credit card or debit card will be billed each month for the monthly service fee and per minute fees associated with the service. If your credit card is declined, you will be emailed a notice notifying you that payment is due within 14 days. After 14 days without receiving your payment the account will be suspended until a payment arrangement is made. All notices are sent via email. If you change your existing email address, it is important for you to update the email address you have on file with us.

For accounts set up with the free trial service, you will be charged nothing upon setting up your account. You will have 3 days and 60 free minutes to use the service. If you do not cancel the service within the 3 day trial service period by phone or by email, you will be charged the set up fees associated with the 500 minute per month postpaid plan. Each month thereafter you will be billed the monthly service fees associated with the 500 minute per month postpaid plan.  

Charges on your credit card activity report made by us will show up listed next to our company name “Connection Tech Communications”. If any chargebacks are filed by you with your credit card company claiming you have unauthorized charges on your statement, your service will be terminated immediately. If you wish to re-activate service utilizing the same number, a re-activation fee of $15 and any outstanding balances will apply.

CTC services are not to be resold to any third party subscribers unless you are an authorized CTC agent or reseller. Customer agrees to use CTC services in accordance with applicable law. Connection Tech Communications reserves the right to terminate any accounts that we feel are being used improperly. If your service is cancelled by you or disconnected by us all remaining prepaid minutes are non-refundable. Toll free numbers cannot be ported to other carriers without the written consent of Connection Tech Communications.
